3) Global People Management (20 credits)
During this module, you can expect to analyse, explore, and assess the challenges and complexities of people management operating in an international context. By acquiring a critical awareness of comparative practices that consider the entire employee life cycle, you’ll develop an approach to global implementation that is ethically responsible and sustainable, while being sensitive to the cultural and institutional factors that influence people management as a practice.
4) Strategic Futures (40 credits)
On this module you can look forward to gaining a robust understanding of strategic management issues and solutions and their importance to organisations.
